Delete your Parolu account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Parolu and go to the Me tab.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

If you use Parolu as a guest (without a saved account), Start over in the same place deletes your progress.

Without the app

Send an email to support@parolu.online with the subject “Delete my Parolu account”, from the email address you used to save your account (or the address of your Google account). We may ask you to confirm the request with a code. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in methods and all sessions: immediately.
• Your learning profile, conversations, transcripts, word cards, progress and what the coach remembers about you: permanently within 30 days.

What may be kept

• Purchase records we must keep by law, for the legally required period.
• Anonymous usage totals that cannot identify you.
